Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
- Company refers to Katherine’s SG Elite Services PTE. LTD., registered in Singapore.
- User refers to the individual engaging the services of Katherine’s SG Elite Escorts.
- Services refers to the companionship and social escort services provided.
- Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and may be amended from time to time.
2. Fees & Payment
- Pricing
Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. - Deposit
To secure a future booking, a non-refundable deposit of SGD 300–350 is required via bank transfer to the Company’s designated account. - Booking Confirmation
- A future booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received in full.
- If the deposit is not received, the Company reserves the right to decline or cancel the booking without liability.
- Payment for Services
- The remaining balance for the booking must be paid directly in cash to the companion at the start of the meeting.
- The User acknowledges that all fees are solely for companionship and time; no sexual services are offered or implied.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse services if full payment is not received or if any Terms and Conditions are breached.
- In the event of non-payment or breach, the Company may suspend future bookings and pursue legal action if necessary, with all costs borne by the User.
- Payment Verification
Companions may notify the Company via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email upon meeting the User that the full remaining payment has been received, ensuring verification of lawful transaction.
3. Booking Policies
- Bookings must be made in advance via official communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
- Clients may book one companion at a time to ensure discretion.
- Rescheduling or cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to avoid fees.
- Late rescheduling or last-minute cancellations may incur SGD 100 or a forfeit of the booking deposit.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Direct communication with companions outside official Company channels is prohibited.
- Companion images may be partially obscured to protect privacy.
5. Services Scope & Legal Protection
- All services are strictly limited to companionship, social engagement, and accompaniment to events.
- Clients may not solicit, promote, or engage in sexual services through the Company or its companions.
- The User understands that fees paid are only for companionship and time, and not for sexual services of any kind.
- Any attempt to use the Services for prostitution, sexual solicitation, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of payment, and potential legal action.
- Companions’ privacy and discretion are prioritized at all times.
6. Grace Period & Extra Charges
- Users have a 10-minute grace period upon meeting a companion to decide whether to continue the engagement.
- If the User chooses to terminate the engagement within this period, a transportation fee of SGD 100–150 may apply.
- Bookings ending after 11:30 PM may incur an additional surcharge of SGD 50.
- Any extensions beyond the booked period must be paid at the start of the additional time.
7. Refunds
- If a companion does not meet expectations within the 10-minute grace period, the Company may offer a full refund or immediate replacement.
- Refunds are otherwise not available if the User breaches any Terms and Conditions or fails to provide timely payment.
8. Liability
- The Company does not accept responsibility for any actions by the User that breach local laws.
- All interactions are the responsibility of the User, who agrees to comply with all applicable laws.
- The Company may terminate services at any time if these Terms are breached, without refund.
9. Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

Our services are available every day of the year, including Singapore public holidays, from 12 PM to 12 AM. To improve the chances of securing your preferred companion, we recommend contacting us before 8 PM and ideally 1–2 hours in advance.
Bookings are handled via WhatsApp, Telegram or via the enquiry form. Send us a message with your name, age, gender, race, preferred time, companion choice, and meeting location. Advance notice allows your companion to prepare and ensures a smooth experience. Each client may book one companion at a time to maintain discretion and privacy.
